背景
全球範圍內，同伴支援被公認為以康復為導向的心理健康護理的重要服務。 同伴支援反映了一種服務模式，即由經歷過類似健康或社會挑戰並已康復的人士提供支援。 鑒於社會對心理健康和物質使用問題的廣泛歧視和汙名化現象，同伴支援的獨特價值尤為顯著。 然而，對同伴支援工作者（即YPSWs）的汙名化仍是職場文化發展的障礙，並影響該服務的成功。
儘管存在多種同伴支援交付模型，但其核心均強調連接性，並以非評判性、有意義和相互認可的方式促進健康。 過去15年中，同伴支援服務的證據基礎顯著增長，研究焦點涵蓋培訓、認證、勝任力標準、報銷機制和多元環境中的服務模式。 研究表明，有效整合同伴支援角色需要組織準備度、管理支援和透明的政策與流程。
方法
研究設計
採用解釋性描述方法和社區合作研究原則，結合不列顛哥倫比亞省Foundry綜合青少年服務（IYS）網路開展研究。 解釋性描述方法支持構建主義的定性研究，強調學科知識併產生具有臨床影響的發現。 社區合作研究原則強調與基層合作夥伴協作以提升決策實用性。
研究場景與招募
研究選取三個地理分佈多樣的IYS中心（北部、城市和農村），通過內部郵件和現場會議招募11名非同齡人服務提供者。 納入標準包括：在IYS中心提供健康或社會服務、任職超過3個月、從事全職/兼職崗位。
數據收集與分析
通過Zoom進行30-60分鐘半結構化訪談，錄音轉錄后使用NVivo 12進行分析。 研究團隊（CD、EJ、SPB）通過反思性討論確保分析完整性，最終提煉出三個主題。
