一、治療風寒咳嗽的藥膳
（1）蘿蔔蔥白湯：蘿蔔1個、蔥白6根、生薑15克。 用水三碗先將蘿蔔煮熟'再放蔥白、薑、煮剩一碗湯. 連渣一次服。 宣肺解表'化痰止咳; 治風寒咳嗽，痰多泡沫，伴畏寒，身倦酸痛等。
（2）紅糖姜棗湯治傷風咳嗽：紅糖30克、鮮薑15克、紅棗30克。 以水三碗煎至過半，頓服，服後出微汗即愈。 驅風散寒; 治傷風咳嗽。
（3）香菜湯：芫荽（香菜）30克、飴糖30克、大米100克。 先將大米洗净，加水煮湯，取大米湯三湯匙與蕪荽，饴糖攪拌后蒸10分鐘，趁熱一次服，注意避風寒; 發汗透表，治傷風感冒引起的咳嗽。

、白胡椒5粒、麻黃2克。 將蘿蔔洗净『切片，放入碗內，倒入蜂蜜及白胡椒，麻黃等共蒸半小時趁熱頓服，臥床見汗即愈; 發汗散寒、咳化痰、治風寒咳嗽。
（5）鮮梨貝母：鮮梨500克、貝母末6克、白糖30克。 將梨去皮剖開，去核，把貝母末及白糖填入，合起放在碗內蒸熟。 早晚分食，清熱化痰，散結解表，用治咳嗽或肺痈。
（6）蘿蔔胡椒止咳祛痰涎：蘿蔔1個、白胡椒5粒、生薑3片、陳皮1片。 加水共煎30分鐘，日飲湯2次; 下氣消痰，治咳嗽痰多。
（7）豆漿飲：黃豆、冰糖。 黃豆浸泡磨汁，煮沸后加糖飲用，每日清晨空腹飲1碗; 健脾寬中，潤燥掐水，清肺止咳、化痰; 治疳積瘦弱、肺熱咳嗽等。
（8）豆腐糖：豆腐500克、紅糖、白糖各100克。 把豆腐當中挖一窩，納入紅，白糖，放入碗內隔水煮30分鐘; 一次吃完，連服4次; 清熱、生津、潤燥、治咳嗽痰喘。
（9）玉米須橘皮：玉米須、橘皮各適量。 共加水煎，日服2次; 止咳化痰、治風寒咳嗽、痰多。
（10）蘿蔔豬肺止咳湯：蘿蔔1個、豬肺1個、杏仁15克。 加水共煮1小時，吃肉飲湯; 清熱化痰、止咳平喘、治久咳不止、痰多氣促。
（11）糖水沖雞蛋補虛止咳：白糖50克、雞蛋1個、鮮薑適量。 先將雞蛋打入碗中，攪勻，白糖加水半碗煮沸，趁熱沖蛋，攪和，再倒入已絞取的薑汁，調勻，每日早晚各服1次; 補虛損、治久咳不愈。
（12）芝麻冰糖水治夜嗽：生芝麻15克、冰糖10克。 芝麻與冰糖共放碗中，開水沖飲; 潤肺、生津、治夜嗽不止、咳嗽無痰。
