雖然居家醫療服務不在保險覆蓋範圍內，但診所為經濟困難患者提供分期付款計劃。 "我們絕不會因支付能力拒絕患者"，蒙托亞強調。 診所固定場所的常規診療費用為每次168美元（保險覆蓋），居家服務每次300美元。
