激后，運動功能仍然保持完好，但在第七次熱應激后運動功能受損，從第四次再啟動開始出現前肢力量減弱和腳步錯誤增加。 在第七次再啟動后，HSV-1小鼠表現出星形膠質細胞增生和磷酸化Tau蛋白積累。 體內電生理記錄顯示，與對照組相比，2×TS HSV-1小鼠在各個頻段的功能連接增加，且總相干性與握力之間存在負相關。 2×TS HSV-1小鼠額葉皮層中增加的樹突棘密度支援了早期神經元網路的改變。 從轉化醫學的角度，我們初步評估了健康人類參與者、輕度認知障礙患者以及阿爾茨海默病患者中可比較的運動指標。 如預期，與健康和輕度認知障礙受試者相比，阿爾茨海默病患者的握力和動態平衡均較低。 值得注意的是，輕度認知障礙受試者的握力顯著降低，表明存在早期運動障礙。 我們的研究結果突顯了基於腦電圖的生物標誌物在早期阿爾茨海默病檢測中的潛力，並建議將運動指標作為新型預後標誌物。
